While watching PBS an interview occurred with official of immigration and in their discourse I learned that the illegals that are coming across the Mexican border into the United States, are not in the main, Mexicans, but Central Americans, fleeing cities that are run by gangsters. The United States has been working with the Mexican government to stem the tide of those coming across their southern borders. So Donald because of his lack of foreign affairs, and the delicacy with which our neighbors need to be dealt with if we want their co operation, I think may have been somewhat stymied. His brashness may be entertaining, but it certainly isn't productive or helping to create working relationships with our neighbors. Let's hope the Mexican don't change their policy to say "Come right on in and up, the weather is fine. Heck we'll give you a free ride to the border." Then they don't have to put up with all the humanitarian aid to the refugees. That is the problem with Donald he simplifies issues with brashness and appealing rhetoric because he doesn't know what he is talking about. A person who is cerebral (a thinker) would never say the things he does, knowing they could be harmful to the endeavors of the country. Just because we want to be smart asses, doesn't mean the rest of the world (that we exist in) appreciates the sense of humor so many Americans seem to be attracted to.(It doesn't work in the major world wide scheme of things. You play the game until there are no more choices. Because a lot of people and countries can get hurt, and I mean seriously. There are no more battlefields. The evolution of war is as such, man to man combat, troops against troops, tank, submarines, bombing, atom bomb, now all types of devious means are available, poisoning water systems, blowing up power stations, refineries, suicide bombers, and more. This has put a greater demand on diplomacy in working with other nations.)
